Our Truffle Delight Ballotin is a must for all who adore this luscious mouthful.  In our velvety dark chocolate couverture we have Cherry Brandy, Calvados and Grand Marnier.  Starring in smooth milk   couverture we have Nougatine, Cacao Liqueur, Champagne and Cappuccino.  To finish this collection is the popular Nougatine centre in wicked white couverture.  Other than the Nougatine truffles, all others are made with milk or dark fresh cream ganache with fine liqueurs or natural flavours.
